From our in-house sausage kitchen, led by Master Sausage Maker Henri van Heerde, we proudly present our dry sausages, grilled sausages, and liver sausages—products that have won numerous awards at butcher competitions!

In our opinion, no snack platter is complete without dry sausage. We offer various types: coarse, fine, garlic-infused, and clove-spiced, catering to all tastes. All sausages are crafted using traditional recipes in our sausage kitchen, dried in a special chamber, and made with passion and care. You can taste the dedication in every bite!

Raw ham is a staple on any snack board. Our Jamon de Bellota Iberica, made in Trevélez, Spain, is crafted from Iberico pork and seasoned with just sea salt. The drying and curing process takes a minimum of 24 months, delivering unparalleled flavor and quality.

Snack Delivery

Orders over €60 qualify for free delivery. For evening delivery via Trunkrs, place your order by 11:00 AM on weekdays for same-day service. Trunkrs ensures rapid delivery, while Leen Menken handles daytime deliveries with temperature-controlled vehicles. For evening orders, we pack your snacks in insulated bags with dry ice to keep them frozen.
