Our half-and-half minced meat comes from the Limburg monastery pig and the Blonde d'Aquitaine beef; Our curry mince is seasoned with aromatic curry spices, delicious in macaroni or casseroles, for example.
Blonde d'Aquitaine
Our 'standard' beef comes from farmers in the region with whom we have had a long-standing partnership. They supply us with female cows and calves from the region. The animals graze outside in nature reserves in the summer and their menu consists - in addition to fresh grass - of Lucerne (luxury grass with high nutritional values), corn, grains, potatoes and a daily portion of vitamins and minerals. Blonde d'Aquitaine cows have plenty of space and are cared for with love. You can taste that respectful approach: the meat is finely grained, buttery tender and has an authentic beef flavor. As mentioned, curried minced meat is perfect for macaroni or casseroles, but you can also try making a different kind of meatball! Add an egg and a handful of breadcrumbs (or a crushed rusk) and roll it into a ball. It’s also ideal for creating a delicious curry burger.
