What is a cutlet suisse?
Slightly less known than the cordon bleu, but certainly no less tasty! A cutlet suisse is almost the same as a cordon bleu, only the bone has not been removed from the chop. In principle, a cutlet suisse is a rib chop filled with ham and cheese and then covered in breadcrumbs. This is also from the Limburg Monastery Pig, so extra tasty!
