How do you prepare a Livar shoulder chop?

First season the pork chop. This can be done in different ways. Salt and pepper are sufficient, but you also have specific pork chop spices. Just what you like. For a deliciously crispy shoulder chop, first briefly sear the meat on both sides over high heat. Then reduce the heat and fry – depending on the thickness – alternately cooked in about 10 to 15 minutes. Shoulder chop also works well on the BBQ. Because the meat is a bit fattier, it does not dry out quickly.
