The Baking Stone is one of the favorite accessories among EGGers. Place the pizza stone directly on the grid (in combination with the convEGGtor) when you light your EGG so that it gradually heats up. Because the Baking Stone retains heat well, you can easily keep pizzas and cookies warm before serving them (although there is a good chance that they will be finished in no time).
