Do you know the shoulder chop? Well... a procurator's steak is exactly the same, only without the bone. Procureur is always a hit with pork lovers because the meat is super tasty. How to prepare a pork loin chop?
Season the pork loin chops to taste, for example with salt and pepper or special pork seasoning. Melt butter in a frying pan and sear the chops on both sides. Then lower the heat and cook the pork loin chops for about 12 minutes – depending on the thickness of the chops – until cooked through.
